What does the Evolt 360 measure?+
A full body-composition breakdown: muscle mass, body fat, visceral fat, bio-age, hydration, body balance and 40+ metrics in total, each explained in plain English.
Does the scan hurt, and how long is it?+
Not at all. You simply stand on the machine and hold the handles. It's non-invasive, painless, and takes about 60 seconds.
How often should I get scanned?+
Most members scan once to set a baseline, then every 8 to 12 weeks to track change. Regular re-scans are where the data gets useful.
Is it included with membership?+
Scans are included with every personal training package and challenge. Otherwise a scan is $40 for members and $50 for non-members, or save with a scan pack. This summer, you can also add a scan for $25 when booking your free baseline assessment through the app.
