Getting Started

How do I get started at Fuse Fitness Studio?+
The easiest way is to claim your free first visit or sign up for the 2-week trial for $25. Both give you unlimited access to try everything.
What should I bring on my first visit?+
Athletic clothing, workout shoes, a water bottle, and a towel. Arrive 10–15 minutes early on your first visit, a coach will give you a quick studio orientation so you know exactly where everything is.
What is the free first visit?+
One full day of access to the gym floor, all equipment, and any scheduled class. No credit card required, no commitment of any kind. Just come in and experience Fuse before you decide anything.
Is there an age minimum?+
Standard memberships are for adults 18+. Our Active Adult 55+ program requires a minimum age of 55. There is no upper age limit.
Can I bring a guest?+
Your intro pass includes one buddy pass. Regular members receive 2 guest passes per month. Guests can use the gym floor and join classes alongside you during staffed hours.
Is the studio wheelchair accessible?+
Yes, Fuse has a wheelchair accessible entrance. If you have specific accessibility needs, contact us before your first visit and we’ll make sure everything is ready for you.

Classes & Scheduling

Are classes beginner-friendly?+
Yes. All classes are capped at 10 participants and every instructor provides modifications for all fitness levels. No experience required, just show up.
How many people are in a class?+
Maximum 10 people. This cap is strictly enforced, it’s the whole point of Fuse. Small classes mean real attention from the instructor, not a crowded floor where you’re invisible.
What types of classes do you offer?+
Group fitness classes include Dance Cardio, Zumba, Barre, Pilates, TRX & Strength Fusion, and Yoga Fusion. Our Active Adult 55+ timetable includes Chair Yoga, Chair Pilates, Gentle Aerobics, Tai Chi, and Adaptive Fitness. See the full classes page.
How do I book a class?+
Book online via the WellnessLiving member app (sign in with Google, Facebook, or Microsoft) or on our class schedule page. We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance as classes fill quickly.
What is the cancellation policy for classes?+
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the class start time through the app or website. Late cancellations may result in a fee. If a class is full, join the waitlist, you’ll be notified automatically if a spot opens.
What are the 55+ class times?+
Active Adult 55+ classes run Monday through Friday at 11:00am and 1:00pm, designed for a morning schedule with a relaxed afternoon. View the full live timetable on our schedule page.

24/7 Access

Is the facility staffed 24 hours?+
No, coaches are on-site during staffed hours (Mon–Fri 7am–7pm, Sat 8am–4:30pm; Sundays are unstaffed). After hours, members access the facility independently via key-card. The space is camera-monitored, well-lit, and equipped with an on-site AED and emergency call-buttons.
How do I get my key-card?+
Your key-card is issued at sign-up during your first staffed-hours visit. If you lose it, the replacement fee is $10. You can also access the facility via the WellnessLiving member app.
Can guests access the gym after hours?+
No. After-hours access is for active members only. Guest visits are available during staffed hours so a team member can welcome your guest and ensure a great first experience.

Evolt 360 Body Scan

What is the Evolt 360?+
A 60-second body composition scan using bioelectrical impedance (BIA) technology. It produces 40+ measurements including lean muscle mass, body fat %, visceral fat, bio-age, and personalised nutrition insights. Results are delivered instantly to your phone via the Evolt Active App.
How much does an Evolt scan cost?+
A single scan is $40 for members and $50 for non-members, and scans are included with every personal training package and challenge. Scan packs bring the per-scan cost down; see the Evolt 360 page for current packs. This summer, you can also add a scan for $25 when booking your free baseline assessment through the app.
How do I track my progress over time?+
Download the free Evolt Active App, create a profile before your first scan, and your results are stored there automatically. The app shows charts and detailed progression data across every scan you’ve done.

Is there an enrollment fee?+
No. We do not have enrollment fees, you only pay for your membership.

Most plans are billed bi-weekly. The Active Adult 55+ program is billed monthly with no fixed term. You can start with the $25 two-week trial before committing to anything.
Can I freeze my membership?+
Yes. Memberships can be frozen for up to 3 months per year, perfect for travel, injury, or seasonal changes. Contact us at least 7 days before your intended freeze start date.
How do I cancel my membership?+

Do members get discounts?+
Yes. Members receive discounts on personal training packages, Evolt 360 scans (member: $40 vs non-member: $50), merchandise, and priority access to community events and workshops. See the full rewards program.
How do I sign up for a membership?+
Online through the WellnessLiving platform using Google, Facebook, or Microsoft sign-in, checkout takes under a minute. You can also walk in during staffed hours and a team member will get you set up on the spot. Most memberships activate the same day.

Personal Training

Do I need a membership to do personal training?+
No. Personal training packages can be purchased independently. Members have access to the gym floor between sessions at no additional cost, which is a common reason people add a membership alongside PT.
What training formats are available?+
1-on-1 personal training, semi-private (2 people), and Small Group Training pods (max 4–5 participants). Small Group Training offers personalized coaching at a lower cost than 1-on-1 sessions.
What if I miss a session?+
Reschedule within 24 hours and there’s no penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session, so we always recommend giving your trainer as much notice as possible.
Do you offer virtual training sessions?+
No, all personal training sessions are in-studio only. The in-person experience is core to what we do: real coaching, real equipment, real accountability.
Can I split payments for a training package?+
Yes, auto-billing in 2 or 4 installments is available for larger session packages. Ask your trainer or the front desk to set this up at sign-up.

Facilities & Parking

Is there parking?+
Yes, free 3-hour parking is available at Kingsland Junction, directly outside the studio at 7725 Macleod Trail SW. Just register your plate at the parking kiosk. There is typically plenty of space throughout the day.
Do you have lockers and showers?+
Yes. Fuse has locker storage, change rooms, and showers. We recommend bringing your own towel and toiletries. Yoga mats and basic equipment are available on-site.
What equipment is available?+
Full commercial-grade range including barbells and racks, dumbbells up to 100lbs, cable machines, cardio equipment, TRX, kettlebells, and a dedicated studio space for group classes. Boutique-sized, so it’s never crowded and always clean.
Can I walk in without a booking?+
Yes for gym-floor access, just tap in with your key-card anytime. For classes, drop-ins are welcome when spots are available, but booking ahead is strongly recommended as they fill quickly.

Rewards Program

Is there a fee to join the rewards program?+
No. All members and intro-pass holders are automatically enrolled, no sign-up form, no fee. Points start accumulating from your very first qualifying action.
Do points expire?+
Points reset after 12 months of inactivity. As long as you earn at least one point per year your balance carries forward indefinitely.
How do I redeem rewards?+
Redeem through the WellnessLiving member app or by asking at the front desk during your next visit. Perks apply instantly and include free classes, PT sessions, assessments, discounts, and merchandise.
